About Iziko Bo-Kaap Museum
The Bo-Kaap Museum is in a house of 1768, the only one built by Jan de Waal that keeps its original form. Opened on 22 April 1978, it is furnished as the home of a 19th-century Cape Muslim family and tells the story of the neighbourhood. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
