The Sea Point is Aquacor Property Developers’ collection of 42 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, set against the mountainside of High Level Road with the mountain behind and the Atlantic horizon ahead. Aquacor has been building in Cape Town since the early 1980s. The apartments are now selling.
